On Thursday, June 15, 2023, Shea Homes® invited members of the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce and local real estate agents to a grand opening event in our new model home in Wood Leaf Reserve.
Attendees enjoyed a tour of the home, joint address from Tomball Chamber President Shane Boatman and Shea Homes® Houston Division President Keith Luechtefeld, ribbon cutting ceremony, and lunch catered by beloved local restaurant Mel’s Country Café.
