Shea Homes® has announced the addition of Scott Villarreal to their Houston home building operation as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Villarreal has nearly 20 years of experience leading real estate sales teams.
Villarreal has worked with some of Houston’s largest and most successful builders prior to joining the Shea Homes team, where he will direct all sales activity, market planning, sales training, and marketing.
Shea Homes has also hired Rebecca Summers to direct marketing and Realtor® relations efforts in Houston as part of Villarreal’s team. Summers has nearly 10 years of experience in marketing Houston residential real estate.

Shea Homes opened operations in Houston in 2014 and while new to the Houston market, is one of the largest privately-owned home builders in the country having closed more than 100,000 homes nationwide. In Houston, Shea Homes is currently building in The Woodlands, Cane Island in Katy, Meridiana in the Pearland area, Vivace at Harmony in Spring, Balmoral in Humble, and Sienna Plantation in Missouri City.
